We offer a 60 day, easy return policy for unwanted items. Our return window begins on the date of purchase.
We ask that all items are returned to us in a clean, unused and resalable condition, complete with the original product packaging.
- Protect the packaging: Please use the reusable mailing bag provided to return your items. Please do not apply shipping labels or tape directly to branded product boxes, as this makes the item unsellable. Items returned with damaged original packaging may be subject to a repackaging deduction from your refund.
- Documentation: Please enclose your return slip containing your order ID. If you no longer have this, clearly write your order ID on a piece of paper and include it inside your parcel.
Exclusions & Hygiene
To ensure the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cut-to-length rope, earplugs, or swimwear/undergarments where the hygiene seal has been removed or tampered with.
- Hygiene Strips: Please ensure all swimwear or wetsuits are tried on over underwear. Items returned without the original hygiene strips intact will not be eligible for a refund.
Using our preferred courier, your parcel is tracked and protected against loss, damage or delay by us. There's no upfront payment - 10,95 € will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively you can use a different courier of your choosing at your own risk - we recommend using a tracked service.
