In order to submit a claim, our warranty team must fulfil the necessary criteria, so please include the following within your email:
Your order number (this can be located under your Drillshed account).
Alternatively, your full name and address
As much detail as possible regarding how the issue occurred, where the fault is located, and whether the product was used or unused. What is the item or suit being used for.
Attach some images clearly illustrating the issue:
Description of the fault
Photo of the product in full (front & back)
Photos to illustrate the area of concern / specific issue
Photo of the white label or serial number.
