Your order will be returned to us if our chosen courier has experienced a problem delivering your order.
If our delivery courier couldn't deliver your order after multiple attempts because you either weren't home or there was a problem with your address.
We will contact you once we have received the order, and we can either arrange for the order to be re-dispatched or refunded.
Please note that any delivery costs incurred by us will be deducted from your refund amount.
