There should be an update on your tracking the evening that your order has been dispatched, however, if there has been no update we recommend allowing at least 48 hours for your parcel to be scanned.
If the parcel has not been scanned within 48 hours, then you will be required to contact our customer services team - help@thedrillshed.com
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 2 weeks of your order dispatch date.
